For those that want help managing the server.

£25 + VAT per server, per month.

OS Updates & Security Patching

We take care of regular maintenance for you to ensure your server is kept up to date and secure.

Monitoring & Pro-Active Restarts

We monitor your server for you & if it goes offline we'll restart it on your behalf before engaging in troubleshooting.

Daily Server Backup

We backup your server daily, keeping 14 days of history.

Hypervisor - Platform Support

We'll assist with maintaining your hypervisor environment.

Operating System Support Plans are not included e.g. Proxmox Support is an add-on.

Fully Managed

We take care of the server, so you don't need to worry.

£50 + VAT per server, per month.

Control Panel Included

DirectAdmin Lite, Enhance, Plesk Web Admin Edition or Virtualizor Premium Unlimited included as standard.

Software Installation & Configuration

We included 4 hours as standard of time per month. Additional time is billed at £25 + VAT per hour.

Sophos Endpoint - Server Included

We protect your Server with Sophos, the market leader for Cyber Security to ensure your server is kept safe.

Hypervisor - VM deployment Support

We can assist with creating VMs and containers on your hypervisor.

Includes everything listed in Assisted Management.

What are our contract lengths?

All legacy dedicated servers are on 30 day rolling contracts, where you will need to provide 30 days notice.

Do I need server management?

All of our servers can be purchased without management where you are responsible for monitoring, backups, maintenance and troubleshooting.

I need more IPs?

We can supply larger subnets or multiple subnets per server to suit any need.

You don't quite have the specs I want?

We can often provide customised specs e.g. increased RAM, different storage or faster network speeds depending on the chassis.

Can I have larger capacity or unmetered traffic?

Of course - all of our plans can support larger capacities as needed.

What if I need a different chassis?

We can assist where possible for unmanaged or managed options to migrate you to a new chassis.
