About The Company
We are a family run hosting company based in the UK, and founded in April 2025. As a family run business, we value people meaning we want to ensure we focus on reliable, straightforward hosting where you feel supported and valued.
With that in mind, we don't use call centres or scripts - our team are purely UK based, so if you contact us you'll be speaking to someone in the UK that values ensuring you're happy.
Our Story
Our story isn't a typical story - we started after offering support and advice to people on Reddit, where one Redditor asked us "why don't you do it yourself instead?". After much consideration and planning we decided to go ahead. Founding Sorting Your Hosting in April 2025.
We have slowly grown the business since then, ensuring we can offer great levels of support, not wanting to expand too quickly at the expense of our customers. Adding more services and capabilities as time has gone on.
We pride ourselves in trying to be simple, offering clear pricing backed by great support that you can actually talk to without any confusion. Where you know you matter rather than just another number.
Why Pick Us?
There are a few reasons why we are the perfect choice for you:
- We are flexible - if you have a request that isn't on our website, we will try and cater to you. We know everyone is different and there's no 1 size fits all - you don't go to a clothes shop and see only 1 size after all. So we are always trying to ensure we can cater to our customers needs.
- Our entire team is UK based - there's no call centres in Africa or India. If you call us, you'll get someone based in the UK, whether that's for sales or support. Not only that, but our staff will offer a personalised touch - we are a small company, meaning we know our customers accounts and can help quickly without having to explain your setup every time you call us.
- We do not oversell resources - servers are limited, whilst some providers will oversell CPU etc. we however will not. We know it only leads to poor customer experiences which in turn leads to issues and loss of trust. It is worth most to us to utilise our servers responsibly to offer you the best experience we can.
- We do not hide our prices either - if you sign up on a £6 per month Value VPS plan, in 1 year that VPS will still be £6 per month. We will not come to you with a silly bill expecting you to pay it either.
