Returns Policy – Damaged or Defective Goods

We are committed to ensuring that our products reach you in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under UK consumer law.

1. 30-Day Right to Reject

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have the right to reject it and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery. This applies to both in-store and online purchases.

2. How to Return a Faulty or Damaged Item

To return an item that is damaged or defective:

  • Please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery at help@sortingyourhosting.com or call us on 0333 335 6936.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • We will provide a pre-paid returns label or arrange collection at no cost to you.

3. Inspection and Refund/Replacement Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault or damage. If confirmed, you will be offered:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or
  • A suitable repair where applicable and agreed upon.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

4. Additional Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a fault develops after the 30-day period, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
