Any assets that's externally available doesn't even need the proxy!

What if I need more devices?
We offer upgrade packs to increase the device count where we'd offer £1.50 for 5x additional devices. We may offer discount for bulk device purchases.
My dedicated instance needs more resource?
Our dedicated instances are virtual, meaning we can scale your resources up if you out grow them.

What support do we offer?
We will fully manage all instances (shared or dedicated) where we manage the underlaying operating system, the software and databases. We will configure the devices, monitoring templates and help with any queries.
How is your data secured?
Your data is protected by advanced encryption and security protocols, keeping your information safe.
How do you get my device data?
For public facing devices e.g. firewalls & routers, we can directly poll them. For devices internally within your network, we need either a container, virtual machine or a physical device which we can supply.
