Existing customers will receive exclusive discounts upon renewal. They'll receive a personal touch from our accounts managers, letting them know that we care and are here for you. It doesn't matter if you have a single domain or an entire rack, we value all of our customers.

Your account manager will touch bases with you. Checking in with you as well as offering you an exclusive discount code to apply to your renewal.

Check in

Your account manager will check in, seeing if you need help or have any questions on the renewal or in general.

On the renewal date

Renewal is processed

Your renewal is processed alongside the exclusive discount code or additional services.

After the renewal

Feedback check in

Your account manager will once again check in with you to ensure that everything is running smoothly, and if you need a hand with anything.
