Our expert team are here to support you with your needs. We are delighted to offer a range of products from servers, blades, multi-node servers, SAN's & NAS products to ensure we can build the right solution for you.

We have a wealth of experience designing & implementing a wide range of solutions from small single server SMB deployments, to rugged telecoms deployments, to server rooms and even larger data hall deployments. 

Our friendly team are here to help you. Each request is bespoke to you so they'd work with you to scope out your requirements before presenting a solution for you.

Although we can source equipment from most manufacturers, our preferred partner is Dell. If you wish for another manufacturer, that's not an issue, please let our team know.

Initial Introduction & Scoping



Whilst all procurement requests, from a humble keyboard to multi-million investments all start with a conversation, we appreciate that server & storage infrastructure takes a little longer and can have complex requirements, our friendly team are here to support you throughout the process.

The first step in the procurement process is a meeting, either via the telephone or over Microsoft Teams. An experienced member of our team will be happy to introduce themselves and begin a friendly conversation to learn more about your requirements and current situation and setup. There may be some follow up actions regarding your existing infrastructure, but don't worry our team will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Next steps, our team will provide you with a proposal outlining the preferred solution for you. If there's multiple solutions, then we'll include the varying options as well. Once we send over the proposal, we'll arrange a time/date to discuss it with you in detail. Where if you're happy, you'd sign a formal quote.


Delivery Phase

We are committed to keeping you up to date with every step of the way. From the initial order until it reaches your doorstep. 

Once you've signed the formal quote, our team will place the order with the manufacturer. An estimated ETA will have been discussed beforehand however once the order has been placed, we'll receive a formal ETA which will then be passed over to yourselves. 

Throughout the process, our team will pass on any updates to yourselves; good or bad. We appreciate no one wants to hear their order has been delayed, but we'll always ensure you know. Likewise, if its due early we'll ensure you know that too.

Whilst in this phase our team will carry out any additional works or gathering as needed. Whether that's assisting you prepare your environment, or helping plan its deployment, we are happy to assist. 

Implementation Phase

Our team of experts are committed to upholding our excellent standards and always happy to help deploy your new hardware.

Once the hardware has arrived, our team can be on hand to help you remote or in person deploy your new kit as well as getting it up and running.

How that looks will depend on your environment and requirements, so we'd discuss it further with you in detail as well as produce a robust plan.
